We are seeking passionate and flexible counsellors to join our Mission Ready Reserve (MRR) team, providing preventative counselling services to address issues before they become major challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Provide face-to-face counselling to military Service Members and their families
• Recommend referrals and handoffs to military and community resources
• Offer presentations on social skills development and emotional learning
• Build rapport with Service Members, spouses, and children by attending installation and community events
• Help families and children with challenges particular to the military community

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Behavioural Health Professions (MS/MSW/MA/PhD)
• Licensure to practise at the independent practice level (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, Psychologist) in a US state or territory
• US citizenship
• Ability to pass a basic background check and NACI/CNACI clearance
