The role combines research, evaluation and organisational learning, with a particular focus on qualitative research.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing and supporting evaluations using surveys, interviews, focus groups and case studies</li>\n<li>Analysing qualitative and quantitative information</li>\n<li>Developing meaningful outcomes and indicators</li>\n<li>Contributing to theories of change</li>\n<li>Producing clear reports and presentations for operational teams, senior leaders and trustees</li>\n<li>Facilitating learning sessions and helping colleagues build their confidence in using evidence and insight to improve services</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have experience of research and/or evaluation, including data collection, analysis and interpretation, together with strong qualitative research skills.
