Your Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory services to customers, focusing on banking products such as accounts, credit cards, building savings plans, and deposits
• Sell products tailored to customers' needs, including consumer financing, retirement planning, and building savings plans
• Develop and maintain expertise in digital features and services, promoting them to customers
• Conduct transactions, service, and administrative tasks, such as transferring customers to self-service terminals
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and implement new service processes

Requirements:

• Completed training as a bank clerk or a comparable qualification
• Sales-oriented mindset with good knowledge of private customer products and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
