Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate professional support to clients following company policies and procedures.
• Conduct effective client visits to achieve work objectives.
• Plan and organise academic meetings and activities.
• Collect market and client feedback through company systems and compliant channels, then analyse and provide suggestions.
• Maintain efficient communication with senior managers, colleagues, and interdepartmental partners to identify cooperation opportunities.
• Continuously enhance professional knowledge and capabilities under the guidance of senior managers.
• Implement new initiatives and explore opportunities for innovation and optimisation.

Requirements:

• University undergraduate degree or higher, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.
• Proficient in MS Office and good English skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness and capacity for learning.
• Self-motivated, able to manage pressure.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
• Adherence to integrity and compliance standards, especially FCPA and relevant Chinese anti-corruption laws.
