The role involves:

• Providing high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions that demonstrate excellent clinical outcomes
• Delivering comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention
• Providing different models of service delivery, including face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations, depending on client preference
• Adhering to Bupa's case management processes and working collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team
• Providing signposting or onwards referral as and when required
• Providing ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing support and coaching as and when required

Requirements:

• Full Accreditation with British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)
• Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) which is BABCP accredited
• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience providing high-intensity CBT interventions
• IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Systems and electronic medical record systems
• Excellent leadership and management skills
