Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and support training and educational programs for customer personnel.
  • Apply best practices in staff training and provide technical and training solutions tailored to Army mission command training.
  • Collaborate with Plans, coordinate, and execute unit collective training at various echelons.
  • Gather observations and provide input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs).
  • Maintain a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science required.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and command post operations.
  • Experience in operations, planning, and training requirements at a battalion and higher level.
  • SECRET clearance required.
