Requirements:

• Ability to supervise students of various ages in different school settings
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
• Experience working within an urban environment

The Instructional Aide will assist the Teacher with classroom activities, promote positive student behaviors, and provide oversight to ensure student safety and a positive school climate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting lessons taught by the teacher to individual students or groups
• Helping plan classroom activities as directed by the Teacher
• Assisting with school activities such as parent-faculty nights and assemblies
