• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities based on checklists for refrigeration machines, air conditioning, telephone equipment, collective antennas, TV and radio tuning, etc.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance tasks.
• Replace lamps, reactors, sockets, and other items.
• Inspect parking and garage areas, making necessary repairs and adjustments.
• Carry out all procedures in the area, following Autocontrol processes.
• Verify the functioning of water pumps daily, ensuring hot and cold water supply 24/7, and make repairs to related hydraulic items.
• Keep the workspace and equipment clean and organized.
• Clean and paint technical areas.
• Organize documents from third-party companies.
• Complete open work orders in the system.
