Your duties will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience</li>\n<li>Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues</li>\n<li>Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas</li>\n<li>Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience</li>\n<li>Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests</li>\n<li>Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor</li>\n<li>Making changes to sales floor merchandise displays</li>\n<li>Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately</li>\n<li>Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy</li>\n<li>Supporting execution of major transitions</li>\n<li>Maintaining interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are looking for someone who:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enjoys interacting and helping others</li>\n<li>Thrives in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role</li>\n<li>Is open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required skills include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment</li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and with a team</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes</li>\n<li>Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits include competitive pay, education assistance, and well-being programs.
