This role supports point-of-sale (POS), pharmacy systems, networking equipment, and other in-store technologies.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel between assigned CVS Pharmacy locations to provide on-site technical support and maintenance.</li>\n<li>Deliver hands-on support for store systems, including POS systems, pharmacy systems, photo kiosks, and inventory management systems.</li>\n<li>Perform preventative maintenance, software updates, hardware upgrades, and equipment replacements to ensure optimal system performance with minimal supervision.</li>\n<li>Install and integrate new technology in stores, including setup and configuration of POS terminals, peripherals, and network connectivity.</li>\n<li>Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on-site, determining root causes and implementing effective solutions.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to escalate and resolve issues as needed.</li>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service to store colleagues while troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.</li>\n<li>Manage inventory of IT parts, tools, and supplies; ensure readiness by tracking stock and placing orders as needed.</li>\n<li>Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to urgent service needs as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, repairs, and maintenance</li>\n<li>Valid driver&#39;s license with no major violations</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel frequently between CVS Pharmacy locations within Marietta/Kennesaw GA</li>\n<li>Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 75 lbs and occasionally work on ladders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong> This full-time position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial well-being of colleagues and their families.
