Responsibilities:

• Prepare domestic and international courier airbills for transport through various courier systems
• Prepare customs documentation for international shipments
• Enter shipment information into the ICON ERP system
• Ensure all packaging presented for transport complies with DOT and IATA standards
• Package shipments as necessary
• Maintain daily shipping records
• Receive deliveries as necessary
• Report inventory levels for supplies utilised by the Logistics team
• Deliver high-quality standards and strive for excellence in customer service
• Undertake other reasonably related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Shipping Coordinator
• Experience with international shipments is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel
