Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tools, templates, and processes for partnership management
• Support reporting, dashboards, and analytics across strategic accounts
• Coordinate governance meetings and conduct research and analysis to generate insights for client solutions
• Support customer and partnership surveys, account reviews, and strategic planning materials
• Manage calendar, travel, and meeting coordination for senior leadership
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions
• Help organize industry conferences, executive meetings, and client-facing activities
• Track budgets and monitor expenses
• Organize business documents, presentations, and records
• Support executive presentations, reports, and business communications

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Life Sciences, Economics, Marketing, or International Business
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English (Spanish and/or Italian a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Curiosity about the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and comfort working across international teams
