Working in a home-like residential setting for adolescent boys, you’ll build genuine relationships with teens who need consistency, structure, and firm, steady leadership as much as they need empathy.</p>\n<p>This role is built for someone who brings a strong, grounded presence to the floor. We’re looking for someone who teens will respect the moment they walk in the room–not because they’re intimidating, but because they’re calm, confident, and clearly in control of the environment.</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule &amp; Benefits</strong></p>\n<p>Our coaches work when teens need them most , evenings, weekends, and holidays.
