years’ experience with telecommunications rooms, data center buildouts, or ISP infrastructure</li>\n<li>Experience managing cabling, rack installation, or structured cabling teams</li>\n<li>Knowledge of grounding/bonding, power specs, equipment standards, and room environmental requirements</li>\n<li>Experience with AFCENT, AFNET, or equivalent DoW telecomm environments (preferred)</li>\n<li>Ability to obtain Interim Secret Security Clearance</li>\n<li>Hiring/Working location will be on site supporting the daily implementation efforts at Eielson Air Force Base,
