Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Receiving freight and accurately identifying, counting, and verifying parts
• Stocking parts based on part number and location
• Picking part orders using RF technology and packing labels
• Packing parts according to packing requirements
• Operating machinery such as forklifts and high-reach order pickers
• Maintaining clean and safe working areas
• Performing cycle counts and physical inventories as required
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

The pay rate for this role is $20.25 per hour. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, and disability coverage.

To qualify for this position, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least two years of general warehouse or logistics experience
• Experience with mechanized equipment and forklift certification is preferred
• Basic computer proficiency, including exposure to parts information systems and MS Office
• Ability to operate hand-held RF-unit equipment
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills
• Flexibility and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
