Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
• Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed
• Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity

Required Qualifications

• Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible scheduling availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to perform ear-piercing services (training provided)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (for select locations)
• Must be at least 18 years old
