As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to help individuals live with dignity, independence, choice, and purpose. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing person-centred personal care and daily living support
• Promoting choice, independence, and involvement
• Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and outcomes
• Encouraging participation in activities and community life
• Building positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues
• Maintaining accurate care records, plans, and daily notes
• Acting as a key worker to support individuals in setting and reviewing goals
• Maintaining safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
• Contributing ideas to continuously improve the service

We are looking for someone with a caring and respectful approach to supporting others, able to work flexibly and think innovatively. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
