Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing trading activity on the shopfloor to deliver great availability standards and key metrics
• Leading and coaching your team to improve routine and processes
• Ensuring shopfloor and promotional activity is landed on time to drive the store selling agenda
• Developing talent and creating an environment where people feel valued, trusted, and motivated

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment
• Operational knowledge of non-food departments
• Knowledge of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
