Indirect Purchasing Management:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and coordinate direct and indirect procurement activities within the locally assigned scope, in partnership with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing and Global Procurement.</li>\n<li>Optimize the total cost of ownership while balancing quality, service, technical specific delivery performance, operational continuity, and compliance.</li>\n<li>Identify alternative supply sources and opportunities for supplier consolidation, standardization, demand management, and cost optimization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Strategic Sourcing &amp; Commercial Negotiation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and lead competitive sourcing events, including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluation, and supplier recommendations.</li>\n<li>Develop sourcing strategies appropriate to the category, spend, business requirements, supplier market, risk, and operational criticality.</li>\n<li>Develop negotiation strategies and lead commercial negotiations covering price, service, quality, lead time, payment terms, warranties, delivery terms, and other relevant commercial conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Procurement Operations &amp; Governance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure procurement transactions follow approved policies, delegation of authority, budget controls, and documentation requirements.</li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order processes are followed and procurement documentation remains complete and audit-ready.</li>\n<li>Monitor operational performance, resolve escalations, and address root causes affecting cycle time, service quality, material availability, or supplier payment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Supplier Performance, Risk &amp; Continuity:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish supplier governance appropriate to supplier criticality and business impact.</li>\n<li>Monitor supplier performance across cost, quality, service, delivery, compliance, and continuity dimensions.</li>\n<li>Identify procurement and third-party risks, maintain mitigation plans, and escalate material continuity or compliance concerns.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance, Controls &amp; Responsible Procurement:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote compliance with procurement standards, internal controls, anti-bribery and anti-corruption expectations, privacy requirements, quality obligations, and applicable local laws.</li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate due diligence, conflict-of-interest management, competitive bidding, approvals, and audit-ready recordkeeping.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership &amp; Continuous Improvement:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, coach, and develop procurement colleagues where applicable, with clear objectives, role clarity, feedback, and development plans.</li>\n<li>Create a service-oriented culture based on accountability, collaboration, speed, and sound judgement.</li>\n<li>Build procurement capabilities across direct materials, indirect categories, strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is an advantage.</li>\n<li>5 to 10 years of progressive experience in direct and/or indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related operations, including leadership of complex negotiations and cross-functional projects.</li>\n<li>Experience in regulated pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors; multinational experience is preferred.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated understanding of direct materials procurement and indirect categories, preferably within a manufacturing/site environment.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay processes, contracting, supplier management, internal controls, and ERP or e-procurement systems.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of supplier risk management, competitive sourcing, commercial negotiation, and Total Cost of Ownership principles.</li>\n<li>Professional proficiency in English and French;
