The starting pay range for this position per hour is $24.50 - $26.50, and the full pay range for this position per hour is $24.50 - $41.65.

As a General Merchandise Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Consistently delivering guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience
• Ensuring every team member understands, is trained, and consistently delivers on Target's guest experience commitments and consistent operations
• Actively observing and providing feedback, holding team members accountable while recognising great guest experience moments
• Reviewing area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities, taking action to improve, and aligning team on the right behaviours and execution
• Leading the execution of daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• To be 18 years or older
• Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required
• The ability to lead and hold others accountable
• Effective communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
