Key responsibilities include:

• Providing assistance to beneficiaries during movement operations, including provision of food and essential items
• Coordinating transportation of beneficiaries to and from designated consolidation points, locations, and facilities
• Ensuring individuals with special needs or equipment receive appropriate support
• Assisting with pre-departure formalities, such as processing travel documents and exit permits
• Entering and updating relevant data in the appropriate systems
• Providing selection mission support and/or interpretation services
• Undertaking duty travel as required

The ideal candidate should have:

• High school diploma with five years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in Social Science, International Relations, Regional Studies, or a related field with three years of relevant professional experience
• Prior experience in movement operations, transportation-related activities, and/or management
• Experience with communicating with beneficiaries and handling sensitive information and personal data
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to organize
• Computer/software literacy with good knowledge in Microsoft Office
