The salary for this permanent, full-time role is £26,671 plus benefits, including an annual bonus, product allowance, 34 days of holiday, private pension scheme, share purchase, and many more.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging guided tours and tasting experiences that bring our brands, heritage and whisky-making process to life.
• Welcome visitors with exceptional customer service while supporting ticket sales and promoting the full Brand Home experience.
• Provide outstanding service across retail and food & beverage, including merchandising, replenishment and product recommendations.
• Support the planning and delivery of special events and visitor experiences throughout the year.
• Act as a passionate ambassador for Diageo and our brands, creating memorable experiences for every visitor.
• Work collaboratively across the Brand Home to maintain exceptional operational and customer service standards.

Requirements:

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service within hospitality, tourism, retail or another customer-facing environment.
• A friendly, engaging and confident communication style with a genuine enthusiasm for meeting people from around the world.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to create memorable and personalised experiences.
