YubHub-native raw fields carry `x-` prefix.","jobs":[{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","identifier":{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"YubHub","value":"job_6810c7b9-312"},"title":"Whisky Production Process Manager","description":"<p><strong>About this role</strong></p>\n<p>You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production process in our whisky distillery.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement the whisky production process flow according to Diageo&#39;s standards, including mashing, fermentation, distillation, aging, bottling, packaging, etc.</li>\n<li>Monitor and adjust process parameters during production to ensure product quality meets requirements.</li>\n<li>Participate in daily maintenance and servicing of production equipment to promptly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.</li>\n<li>Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance to ensure equipment meets production process requirements.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the equipment engineering department to improve and optimize equipment, increasing production efficiency and product quality.</li>\n<li>Train employees in process operations to enhance their professional skills.</li>\n<li>Participate in developing production plans and budgets, and reasonably arrange production resources.</li>\n<li>Cooperate with the quality department in product quality control to ensure products meet relevant standards and customer requirements.</li>\n<li>Apply lean manufacturing knowledge to organize and drive productivity improvement initiatives.</li>\n<li>Complete short interval control documentation on activities.</li>\n<li>Participate in line improvement projects and coach others in machine or plant operation.</li>\n<li>Engage in start-of-shift meetings and performance-based team meetings to address persistent performance issues.</li>\n<li>Manage change for continuous improvement.</li>\n<li>Conduct behavioral safety conversations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience/Skills Required</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent command of English, with fluent communication skills.</li>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree or above in bio-engineering, food engineering, or related fields.</li>\n<li>Relevant working experience in whisky distillation factories or breweries.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with brewing process flows and equipment, with problem-solving abilities.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of risk standards (Quality, Health &amp; Safety, Environment).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working with Us</strong></p>\n<p>At Diageo, we offer flexibility to support your wellbeing and work-life balance.
