Responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned portfolios, implementing defined commercial initiatives and ensuring continuity in client relationships.
• Analyze client needs and provide personalized advice on bank products and services.
• Expand the portfolio by acquiring new clients and identifying commercial opportunities in line with market potential and the reference territory.
• Contribute to achieving assigned revenue, economic, and capital targets for the managed portfolio.
• Ensure a high level of service, complying with current regulations and operational and administrative requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in financial consulting and managing and developing client portfolios.
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment, financing, and protection products.
• In-depth knowledge of the reference territory, its economic fabric, and local dynamics, functional to identifying commercial opportunities and developing lasting client relationships.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide personalized advice on relevant products.
• Commercial development, results-oriented, and client loyalty mindset.
• Consolidated experience in using Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support business challenge resolution, ensuring responsible and ethical data usage.
