We&#39;re a next-generation financial services company and national bank using innovative, mobile-first technology to help our millions of members reach their goals.</p>\n<p>As a SoFi Investment Specialist, you will work with existing SoFi members and new customers to help them build and improve their financial futures using SoFi&#39;s suite of investment services. SoFi offers Brokerage services, Robo Advisor services, and retirement accounts.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support members over the phone, chat, and email</li>\n<li>Educate and assist members on margin, options, and equities</li>\n<li>Problem solve any operational or technical issues pertaining to SoFi Invest products</li>\n<li>Perform ongoing monitoring of member accounts with attention to detail and accuracy</li>\n<li>Work with SoFi&#39;s custodial platform as needed to assist members in opening, funding, and transacting in their accounts</li>\n<li>Work with management and product teams to continuously improve operational processes and technical platforms to better serve our members</li>\n<li>Assess the member&#39;s financial situation and goals through one-on-one inbound calls</li>\n<li>Educate members on the benefits and value of Brokerage and Robo accounts</li>\n<li>Work with members who would like to open an investment account to help them understand the offering, benefits, and account opening process</li>\n<li>Educate members on terms and processes associated with Brokerage and Robo accounts</li>\n<li>Discuss and explain investment performance and decisions with current wealth members</li>\n<li>Provide member&#39;s operational support for specific investment-related questions and issues</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have one of the following existing licensing combinations: Series 7, 63, &amp; 65 OR Series 7 &amp; 66</li>\n<li>Must maintain all necessary professional certifications required for the role</li>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree preferred, but a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree</li>\n<li>2+ years of financial services experience required, preferably assisting customers in a service environment</li>\n<li>Experience and understanding of margin and option concepts, rules, and regulations</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, and a customer service mindset</li>\n<li>Deep understanding of financial concepts</li>\n<li>Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with client needs and requirements</li>\n<li>Self-starter, problem-solver, and a goal-oriented team player with a &#39;no job is beneath me&#39; attitude</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks efficiently</li>\n<li>Organized with strong attention to detail</li>\n<li>Show curiosity and confidence when dealing with clients and able to ask for help when needed</li>\n<li>Meets evolving position objectives as defined by management</li>\n<li>Ability to iterate, learn, and innovate</li>\n<li>Must successfully clear FINRA fingerprint background check</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Nice to have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with corporate actions</li>\n<li>Experience with margin/investment risk</li>\n<li>Series 4</li>\n<li>Series 24</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Compensation and Benefits: The base pay range for this role is listed below.
