We are seeking a team member who can provide exceptional guest service, customize each experience, and anticipate guest needs. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for cashiering, stocking, presentation, and price accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience
• Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
• Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests
• Assist with truck unload process and stock product to the sales floor
• Make changes to sales floor merchandise displays
• Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately
• Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
• Support execution of major transitions
• Maintain interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness

Requirements:

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step process
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
