Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage assigned client relationships within the branch
• Collect and respond to client inquiries to ensure satisfaction
• Identify client needs and propose relevant products from the DB Easy portfolio
• Ensure achievement of growth and profitability targets in the 'Family' segment
• Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions as needed
• Promote cross-selling of non-consumer products

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial roles within consumer finance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Attention to customer needs
• Team-oriented mindset
• Experience with AI tools to improve operational efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Degree in economics or law
• English language skills considered an asset
