You will:

• Support service delivery of Health Assessments
• Maintain accurate client records
• Promote healthier lifestyles according to Bupa's clinical policies
• Conduct clinical testing, including body composition analysis and electrocardiograms
• Create personalised lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing techniques
• Make post-assessment calls to support positive change

Requirements:

• Degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology, sports science, or nutrition
• Customer-facing experience
• Experience in a health and fitness or medical environment is desirable
• Accuracy in recording information and working within clinical guidelines
• Ability to build rapport with customers and motivate them to make positive health changes
