Job Summary: We offer a salary of £18.41 - £21.48 per hour, depending on experience, and a permanent contract with 36 hours per week, nights. You will also receive paid breaks and a £1,000 welcome bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident
• Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation

Requirements:

• Valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard
• Confidence in offering clinical guidance for care teams and contributing to CQC tasks
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Enhanced skills for night shifts, including strong critical thinking and ability to manage care staff
