Additionally, employees are eligible for a 5% 401K match and an employee stock discount.</p>\n<p>As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing all duties of a Maintenance Technician to keep production and auxiliary equipment operational and processes running smoothly. This includes troubleshooting difficult equipment issues using blueprints, equipment manuals, and internet resources, as well as participating in all safety and regulatory training needed to fulfill the duties of the position.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performing maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is operational</li>\n<li>Troubleshooting equipment issues using advanced skills in pneumatics, PLC, machinery, hydraulics, welding, and electrical</li>\n<li>Participating in safety and regulatory training</li>\n<li>Following plant safety rules and regulations</li>\n<li>Entering labor time and detailed resolution in maintenance work orders</li>\n<li>Taking initiative to resolve issues with minimal instruction</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you will need:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A high school diploma or GED</li>\n<li>At least 2 years of experience as a skilled technician</li>\n<li>Ability to work on CNC machining centers and supporting equipment</li>\n<li>Excellent math skills and complex blueprint reading abilities</li>\n<li>Qualification in the maintenance and repair of pneumatics, PLC, machinery, welding, and electrical</li>\n</ul>\n<p>3M offers many programs to help employees live their best lives, both physically and financially.
