HR Manager / HR Generalist capacity</li>\n<li>Knowledge of UAE labor regulations, knowledge of broader MENA regulations would be a plus</li>\n<li>Experience of working with visas and immigration policies, understanding of different types of employment and following procedures</li>\n<li>Experience of working with external vendors</li>\n<li>Results-focused mindset, with the ability to work in numerical skills and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Ability to interpret financial results, identify trends, and translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.</li>\n<li>Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of P&amp;L, Cash Flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li>\n<li>Experience in financial controlling, FP&amp;A, management accounting, or a similar finance role.</li>\n<li>Experience in a large manufacturing or international company would be a strong advantage.</li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Pivot, Power Query, and PivotTables.</li>\n<li>Practical experience with Power BI for financial analysis and reporting.</li>\n<li>English level:
