Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified and caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-standard care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As an RBT, you will be in a rewarding position with opportunities for growth, exceling, and guidance to become the best clinical therapist you can be.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Collect data and submit session notes
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings
• Commute to locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective English communication, verbal and written
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a criminal background check
