YubHub-native raw fields carry `x-` prefix.","jobs":[{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","identifier":{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"YubHub","value":"job_1cf01f60-9b3"},"title":"Pharmacy Technician","description":"<p>We&#39;re building a world of health around every individual , shaping a more connected, convenient, and compassionate health experience.</p>\n<p>As a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, you will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within your store.</p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose and Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>The Pharmacy Technician plays a critical role in supporting the pharmacy team to consistently deliver on the company&#39;s brand promise.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Live our purpose by following all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation to help pharmacists manage and improve patient health</li>\n<li>Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment</li>\n<li>Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care</li>\n<li>Complete basic inventory activities, such as accurately putting away medication deliveries and completing cycle counts</li>\n<li>Contribute to a high-performing team, embracing a growth mindset, and being receptive to feedback</li>\n<li>Remain flexible for both scheduling and business needs, while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic</li>\n<li>Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical principles</li>\n<li>Deliver additional patient healthcare services, such as immunizations and point-of-care testing, where allowable by law and supported by required training and certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Immunization Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete additional licensure and training requirements to obtain Technician Immunizer status</li>\n<li>Educate patients about the importance of vaccines and refer patients to the Pharmacist-on-duty for vaccination questions</li>\n<li>Monitor for and respond to adverse reactions</li>\n<li>Review and collect patient information and track and document for each applicable patient</li>\n<li>Monitor and manage vaccine supplies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy</li>\n<li>State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state</li>\n<li>Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends</li>\n<li>Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe</li>\n<li>Attention and focus, with the ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time</li>\n<li>Customer service and team orientation, with the ability to actively look for ways to help people</li>\n<li>Communication skills, with the ability to use and understand verbal and written communication</li>\n<li>Mathematical reasoning, with the ability to use math to solve problems</li>\n<li>Problem resolution, with the ability to identify challenging patient or colleague interactions and choose the best course of action</li>\n<li>Physical demands, including mobility, lifting, scanning, and bagging items</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician</li>\n<li>Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting</li>\n<li>Ability to work in the home store and across the market in other locations to meet business needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule and Pay:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anticipated weekly hours: 20</li>\n<li>Time type: Part-time</li>\n<li>Pay range: $17.00 -
