As a DevOps engineer, you will help maintain our infrastructure at the highest level.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for web products, sites, and internal services using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD;</li>\n<li>Support the gradual migration of deployment processes from Jenkins to GitLab CI;</li>\n<li>Ensure stable, repeatable, and predictable deployments with rollback mechanisms and minimal manual steps;</li>\n<li>Configure and maintain Docker-based runtime environments for web applications and services;</li>\n<li>Standardize Docker, docker-compose, deployment scripts, and runtime configurations;</li>\n<li>Administer Linux servers in production environments: configuration, patch management, troubleshooting, performance analysis;</li>\n<li>Automate infrastructure setup, configuration management, and maintenance processes using Ansible and Bash;</li>\n<li>Support web infrastructure: Nginx, SSL/TLS, reverse proxy, routing, Cloudflare, DNS, caching, and basic security rules;</li>\n<li>Configure, maintain, and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems;</li>\n<li>Analyze deployment failures and production incidents, identify root causes, and propose preventive actions;</li>\n<li>Support backup/restore, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting for MySQL/PostgreSQL;</li>\n<li>Ensure reliability and stability of production systems;</li>\n<li>Participate in post-incident reviews and prepare technical conclusions after incidents;</li>\n<li>Implement and maintain security practices for Linux and web infrastructure: hardening, access control, updates, vulnerability handling;</li>\n<li>Document infrastructure solutions, deployment workflows, configurations, and important changes;</li>\n<li>Coordinate production changes with the team, warn about risks, and avoid critical changes without transparent communication;</li>\n<li>Proactively identify weaknesses in deployment, infrastructure, and application architecture that may lead to instability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in system or network administration;</li>\n<li>Experience with Linux server administration in production environments;</li>\n<li>Understanding of network technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, WebSockets, reverse proxy, routing);</li>\n<li>Practical experience with Docker and docker-compose;</li>\n<li>Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD);</li>\n<li>Experience with automation tools (Ansible);</li>\n<li>Experience with Nginx (reverse proxy, SSL, routing);</li>\n<li>Understanding of SRE principles: reliability, observability, incident response, root cause analysis;</li>\n<li>Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Promtail, Sentry);</li>\n<li>Basic/intermediate experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL administration;</li>\n<li>Understanding of Linux and web infrastructure security best practices;</li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Nice to have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms;</li>\n<li>Experience with Cloudflare and Terraform;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of high-availability solutions (Keepalived, replication, failover);</li>\n<li>Experience
