1f3b1b06-fd8 Patient Administrator (Bank) We are seeking a Patient Administrator to join the team at Chelsfield Park Hospital, part of Circle Health Group. This bank role involves working on an 'as and when required' basis to support staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey
  • Ensure Circle Health Group best practice process maps are followed to provide an efficient, professional, and standard service
  • Deal with patient queries efficiently and professionally
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Approve electronic bookings and update bookings received via email
  • Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act and ensure appropriate measures are taken
  • Comply with all relevant mandatory training

Requirements:

  • Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2
  • Proficient in using a PC, including software and systems
  • Basic financial awareness
  • Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment is beneficial

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.71 per hour
