Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the store, taking responsibility for the full shop
• Work alongside a team to complete all tasks, ensuring customers are served efficiently and safely
• Manage performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate
• Provide brilliant customer service and coach a team to do the same
• Deliver KPIs and other performance indicators

Requirements:

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Experience of leading a team in a customer-facing environment
• Operational leadership skills
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs
• Ability to manage employee relations issues, including performance and absence management
