About the Role: As a Senior Executive - Warehouse, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and reverse logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management
• Conduct stock audits and reduce shrink
• Oversee manpower management and drive process improvements
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Plan and manage reverse logistics
• Analyze root causes of inventory deviations
• Drive productivity and cost efficiency
• Implement FEFO and FIFO management
• Collaborate with the Dark Store operations team

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Experience in F&V operations is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Google Sheets is required
• Ability to work as a team player in a target-driven environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts (day and night)
