Accountabilities

• Manage client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance, and provide tailored solutions.
• Research and understand client industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.
• Design customized solutions addressing client-specific needs and objectives, incorporating various products and services from the bank's portfolio.
• Communicate the value proposition of proposed solutions, justify recommendations, and negotiate beneficial terms.
• Provide guidance to clients on financial decisions, offering expert investment advice, risk management, and wealth management strategies.
• Assess financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships and implement measures to minimize potential losses.
• Document client interactions, transactions, and agreements to ensure transparency and auditability.
• Monitor client satisfaction, revenue generated, and other relevant metrics to evaluate relationship management effectiveness.

Director Expectations

• Provide expert advice to senior functional management and committees, influencing decisions outside of own function.
• Manage, coordinate, and enable resourcing, budgeting, and policy creation for a significant sub-function.
• Escalate breaches of policies and procedures, foster compliance, and ensure regulations are observed.
