Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase sales in the established segment
• Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales process (prospecting, qualification, proposal presentation, negotiation, closure, and post-sales service)
• Conduct strategic analysis, business planning, and manage profitability of product categories
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for the food segment
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders (innovation centres, collaborators, etc.)
• Lead projects with strategic customers and negotiations with Key Accounts
• Establish and monitor commercial objectives (project portfolio, demand planning) for Key Accounts/Business Segments
• Lead a team of two Commercial Technical Consultants dedicated to the segment
• Promote main FLES products through specific sales campaigns
• Develop presentations showcasing FLES's offer and capabilities
• Contribute to competitor benchmarking, business model, and pricing analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, R&D, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Organize and report regular meetings/events/visits with key customers and partners

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree in Business Administration valued)
• 5 years of experience in business development and B2B sales process management
• Knowledge of applications and production processes in the segment and lubricant/chemical products industry
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Availability for travel
