This is a remote, Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) position, requiring a secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace.

Qualifications:

• Previous 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience preferred
• Previous 3-6 months of call center or office background experience a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Quick learner, able to work independently
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
• Must be 18 years of age
• A background check will be required

Responsibilities:

• Manage large volumes of inbound or outbound calls efficiently
• Address customer questions and concerns across multiple communication channels
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions or alternatives
• Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls
• Seize opportunities to upsell products
• Switch between tasks without losing efficiency or composure
• Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
• Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions
• Flexibility to cross-train as requested
