As a Claims Adjuster Auto, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims on behalf of insurers or third parties and negotiating settlements to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Requirements:

• Hold the required claims expert permit in the relevant province.
• Obtain the necessary permit in the local province or a combination of other provinces within six months of the hire date.
• Possess a four-year university degree or equivalent, or relevant experience in claims settlement, or a two-year college diploma in a related field.
• Be registered in the PAA (Professional Insurance Agent) program or have obtained the CIP title.
• Hold a Quebec claims expert permit (AMF) or have the capacity to obtain one.
• Experience in commercial claims settlement and/or holding a Quebec commercial claims expert permit is considered a significant asset.

Experience:

• Completion of Sedgwick's trainee program or prior experience with a third-party administrator (TPA), road claims expert, or insurer.
• 1-3 years of experience in claims management and settlement.
• Experience in transportation/cargo claims is an asset.
