The Fulfillment Unit is crucial for executing business strategies, managing warehouse operations, and coordinating with sales and finance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Monitor key operational metrics such as labor productivity, Cost per Parcel (CPP), overtime, fulfillment accuracy, and operational costs.
• Maintain high inventory and order accuracy through cycle counts, system transactions, reconciliation, and process controls.

• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
• Hands-on experience with WMS or ERP systems, preferably Anchanto WMS.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs, manpower planning, productivity management, inventory control, and root-cause analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Tagalog.
• Willing to work flexible schedules or shifts, particularly during peak campaign periods.
