We're looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

• Provide style advice and excellent customer service
• Operate in a high-demand environment, adapting to changing situations
• Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
• Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales
• Be flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including weekends and Christmas periods

In this role, you'll be working part-time with varying shifts:

• Sunday: 12:00-16:00
• Friday: 15:00-19:00
• Saturday: 14:00-18:00
• Christmas only: Up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
