Distribution Procurement team, providing oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.</p>\n<p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Purchase consumables for MRO and OEM usage within the aerospace industry.</li>\n<li>Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies.</li>\n<li>Conduct tenders (RFQ/RFP) and bid comparisons for the procurement of consumables in the aviation industry.</li>\n<li>Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.</li>\n<li>Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements.</li>\n<li>Support sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documenting contracts and agreements.</li>\n<li>Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.</li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally and with suppliers to resolve payment issues and develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.</li>\n<li>Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities, integrating results into contracting strategies.</li>\n<li>Participate in supply chain process improvement teams and identify opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three or more years of experience in purchasing or a logistics environment, with an emphasis on supplier management.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and spoken English skills.</li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of the MS Office package, particularly Excel, to facilitate daily tasks and data analysis.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with common ERP systems (especially SAP).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.</li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.</li>\n<li>Experience with contract management and compliance, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with
