Key responsibilities:

• Manage the supply plan by purchasing raw materials, scheduling production, and managing finished good inventory
• Coordinate with other 3M locations, external suppliers, and business teams to meet service, cost, and inventory targets
• Provide planning analysis to support data-driven decision making
• Use data analytics to publish and present service and inventory metrics, results, and gap analysis
• Optimize and maintain production lot sizes, production cycles, and safety stocks to balance inventory and service
• Identify and implement supply chain process improvement projects
• Collaborate with the business team to understand customer requirements and forecasts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher and two years of supply chain experience
• Master's degree in supply chain, management, or business may be substituted for experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Factory Planner or another MRP or ERP application
• Project management and leadership experience
• Data analytics experience
• Collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
