The Leasing Specialist assists with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service at the front desk, assisting current residents, and helping with leasing activities as needed.
• Handle package intake, answer resident questions, maintain a secure lobby environment, and support the leasing team during tours and application processing.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude when interacting with residents and prospects are required.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus
• Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service
• Warm, friendly demeanor
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Essential Functions:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services, staying updated on standard practices for different patient groups.
• Conduct evaluations and treatments according to professional standards (APTA), considering diagnosis, history, and physician referrals.
• Develop care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments.

• Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program and achieve department goals.

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state where you work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ongoing need to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.
• Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require verbal communication and hearing.
• Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment.
• Expected to lift and utilise full range of movement to transfer patients.
• Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment.
