You will report directly to the Store Manager and lead your team to deliver market-leading product availability, run smooth promotional events, and ensure every aisle is safe, legal, and ready for trade.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading your team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences, planning promotions, and acting on customer feedback
• Managing shift rotas, attendance, and talent development, delivering training to colleagues
• Driving performance and availability, guiding colleagues to work with purpose against operational and sales targets

To be successful in this role, you should have experience leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment, be confident in running shifts and handling daily trading priorities, and be able to step up as Manager in Charge when required. You should also be a natural communicator, able to share knowledge and deal with everyday challenges calmly.
