The role involves regular lone working, so you must be comfortable and confident working alone in the store for periods of time.

As a Store Colleague, you will be trained to cover various tasks within the store, including:

• Operating the till and cash system, including Post Office as required
• Managing stock control
• Maintaining merchandise displays
• Preparing Food to Go products
• Ensuring the store operates safely and legally
• Covering supervisor roles in the store (with additional pay for hours covered)
• Lone working
