You will be part of a driven community focused on providing customers with world-class solutions.</p>\n<p>The FUCHS Smart Services Technician II in Blytheville, AR is responsible for the care and maintenance of industrial fluids including coolants, maintenance oils and other fluids.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct laboratory testing of fluids in use following established testing procedures.</li>\n<li>Document data in the online system daily and generate basic performance reports.</li>\n<li>Collect samples from industrial fluid systems and perform corrective actions based on test results.</li>\n<li>Conduct cycle counts on various inventory items to ensure product availability.</li>\n<li>Follow procedures and adhere to all customer and safety requirements.</li>\n<li>Perform routine preventative maintenance on lubrication and fluid decantation systems, including filter changes, system cleaning or operating equipment as per provided procedures.</li>\n<li>Support the delivery of lubricants.</li>\n<li>Participate in daily communication meetings with site supervisor and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n<li>Teamwork, collaboration, and self-motivation are essential.</li>\n<li>Standing and/or walking for approximately 4-8 hours daily.</li>\n<li>Previous work experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or related to lubricant (laboratory) testing preferred.</li>\n<li>Willingness to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li>\n<li>Computer knowledge and ability to navigate internet, email and files effectively and efficiently.</li>\n<li>Previous work experience including handling materials, operating lift trucks or using an overhead crane are a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits: FUCHS offers a comprehensive suite of benefits.
