You will be responsible for:

• Being results-focused by challenging teams to investigate and resolve price discrepancies, reacting to customer feedback, and creating effective action plans.
• Talent development by listening with empathy, driving resilience, and encouraging ownership and passion for the business.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in a retail environment.
• Operational knowledge of a retail environment and customer service.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong customer service focus and positive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
